AbstractExpressionModule	This abstract class define and parse arguments for the expression module.
ExpressionCounterUtils	This class define some glue methods between Eoulsan and Kenetre.
ExpressionResultsAnnotationModule	This class define a module that create annotated expression files in TSV, ODS or XLSX format.
FinalExpressionFeaturesCreator	This class generates the final expression file after counting the alignments for each feature with HTSeq-count.
