Create mapper index module
This module allow to create index for all the mappers available in Eoulsan. This module is automatically called when needed and must not be added to the workflow file.

- Available: Both local and distributed mode

- genome: genome sequence file (format: genome_fasta)
- genomedescription: genome description (automatically generated from genome sequence file)
